Video 2: New skills fast

It's too bad that you didn’t take a before and after picture of yourself, because very few people look the same after they learn the Zone—they stand taller, smile more, look larger than life, etc.  And when most athletes get very good at demonstrating that Zone to their competitors, it’s intimidating. If you are struggling with this, keep doing your Mirror Time exercise and your Zone will reveal itself.

When I tell people that I teach them how to be consistent so they win, a lot of people say, but HOW do people sustain the Zone?

Isn’t it difficult to block out your peers, all the distractions, and the weather conditions?

Isn’t it hard to stay focused when you are running the targets, and someone deliberately makes a comment to throw you off?

And isn’t it hard to forget consecutive targets to prevent a round going south?

Well, YES, it is difficult, but only if you have limited strategies and no formula.

That is why I thought you’d love this next strategy and the science of mirror neurons. We are all designed to learn by watching and copying. Once you learn this little technique, it will help you to get back on track and stay focused in spite of the distractions. Because you’ll be copying the best of the best and how they stay on track.

If you’ve ever wondered how some young athletes learn so quickly, then this is a MUST-WATCH. Go watch this video and add a really cool strategy to your toolkit.

Be sure to leave a comment below the video if you have any questions or comments. I’ll personally respond to as many as I can. Love to help you figure this area out.
